The Fylgapp Bakery School a part of the Fylgapp Bakery School is an independent artisan bakery school founded in Lagos, Nigeria, Africa in 2003."Artisan" simply means that we use few automated processes, relying instead on traditional methods. After five years of owning and running a mini bakery, owner-OlumideSanda decided to teach the knowledge of bread making processes and starting a small scale bakery through his bread/bakery class, from these he set up the Cheap Breitling Replica Fylgapp bakery school offering expertise and experience, Fylgapp bakery wants to inspire a new generation of bakers.

Located at Ikeja, Fylgapp bakery and bakery school is barely 10minutes driving from the Muritala Muhammed International airport, Ikeja the capital of the city of excellence, Lagos, Nigeria. Fylgapp Bakery School offers a range of courses in a delightful setting. Each course will give you the experience of working with a variety of doughs and you will take with you the skills and confidence to make fantastic looking, great-tasting bread at home. March Basic Course:
Friday 25th & Saturday 26th March 2016 - Class runs for 2 Days.

March Advanced Course:
Weekday: TUESDAY 29th  March  -  SATURDAY 2nd April 2016.
Time: 9am daily
Fees: Sixty five thousand naira (N65, 000)

1.BASIC  COURSE (2 days)
For people who have little or no baking experience, here's an opportunity to get the Cheap Rolex grips with yeast and fermentation as well as handling dough through all stages of the bread-making process. You will be introduced to bread making ingredients. We will make white breads and enriched dough. You will leave with a much greater understanding of what makes bread "work" and the confidence to do it yourself at home. You will learn how to make 8 types of bread
You will also learn the strategies required to start a mini bakery from your kitchen/kitchen table with Cheap Omega Replica a small capital of one hundred and fifty thousand naira (N150, 000) upwards.

2. Advanced Bread Making Course
This course is aimed at people who want to setup a bakery and know all about bread and the entire process of baking bread. We will discuss recipe-building/formulation, ingredients, and methods beyond the straight dough process, including the family of pre-ferments,sponges and polishes. 2 days Course - N25, 000 (Basic course)
Our two (2) day training program is twenty five thousand naira (N25,000).
Participants will have all the recipes and extensive notes for this class. Participants will have the privilege to work at the bakery, observe and partake in the process of production and ask questions.

1 week Program- N65, 000 (Advanced course)
Participants in this regard have the opportunity to take out time to learn all they need to know about bread making and other recipes. The one-week Advancedcourse program is sixty five thousand naira (N65, 000) per person. Classes run for 6 days.

Private Classes
Private class is Thirty thousand naira (N30, 000) for the Cheap Breitling Replica basic bread course or ninety thousand naira (N90, 000) for the advanced course. However interested students would need to make advanced bookings for a private class.

Accommodation for visiting students can be arranged at a cost of twenty five thousand naira (N25, 000) for the one (1) week full course or ten thousand naira (N10,000) for a two (2) days program. This charge excludes feeding.

A deposit of 50% could be paid to secure your place on a regular course and the balance is due on the day of the course. Alternatively you may pay in full at the time of arrival on the training day.

2. We write feasibility report and business plan for any kind of bakery setup.
3. We write recipes and produce pre-mix for bread production.
4. Wetrain existing restaurant, catering or bakery staff

1. Cake Making- N20,000
Beginners class on cake making for people who have no idea on how to make cake and what it takes. They will learn sponge cake, cupcakes, fruit and other adaptive cake formulations.

2. Advanced Cake Making- N30, 000
This class is aimed at people that have the experience but want to update their knowledge. You will be thought 7 special cake recipes which include: chocolate cake, carrot cake, strawberry cakes etc.

3. Cake Decorating Class- N35, 000
This is cake decoration with fondant, butter icing, along with 3 different designs

4. Advanced Cake Decoration- N45, 000
Participants will learn sugar craft and mould a lot of characters etc.

Discount will be given to people who are offering more than one cake class!

5. Pastries Class - N15,000
In this class we teach pastries like meat pie, sausage, doughnut , hotdog rolls, cookies etc

6. Small Chops Class - N30,000
The Omega Replica small chops class include spring rolls, samosa, fish /meat in batar, mosa, coconut scrub, kebab, meat balls, pepper puff, pepper gizzard and snail shrimps in coat.
